The Commercial Department is a section
that carries out marketing and business expanding. It bears the
responsibility for: exploring tally market; consulting to sign business
contract; hastening each section in company to act strictly complied
with the contract; ensuring the fulfillment of the contract items
concerning tally operation and tally fee clearing; building and
maintaining a good relationship with client; asking for and collecting
client's opinion or request; settling client's complaint; gathering
and analyzing market data to support the establishment of business
strategy.

A, Outward service process
1, Consult and sign the contract
Introduce and promote our company's business and the legal basis
that we can provide in trade; consult with the client based on the
price rate issued by the national Ministry of Finance, the Ministry
of Communications and with the Shenzhen market price rate; after
passing the procedure of contract examination, the company general
manager or the person authorized signs the tally contract.
2. Execution of the contract
¢Ù The entrusted business that's within the usual service items will
be carried out according to the <OPERATION CONSTITUTION> and
the <TALLY REGULATION>, and be charged at the normal rate.
¢Ú Supposed the client has any special requirement which should meet
the national law or regulation, we will at once send out a detailed
memorandum of operation to the Tally Department so that the tallyman
on spot can immediately perform the contract right according to
the client's request.
¢Û According to the related contract items, combines with the Financial
Department to fulfill the tally fee clearing.
3, Renew contract for another period
One month ahead of the contract expiration, well prepare to strive
for smooth prolongation of the contract.
4. Periodically visit the client for opinion to perfect and improve
the service quality continually.
B. Service process of cooperation with
related departments
1. The Commercial Department and the Financial Department
(1)After signing the contract, the Commercial Department sends the
Financial Department the contract and the special remark for the
fee charging so that the financial department can make a bill accordingly.
To a new client, the Commercial Department will assign personnel
to accompany the Financial Department to present the bill so as
to learn new client's feedback and explain the business doubtful
point.
(2)The Financial Department should take the initiative in finding
out the cause of bill being returned and send it to the Commercial
Department in time. The Commercial Department should immediately
follow up and solve the problem and send it back to the financial
department to remake. Those bills that cannot be settled temporarily
should be gathered and reported to the company superior every month.
(3)The Commercial Department, Financial Department and Tally Department
meet every month to discuss the problem of tally fee clearing. By
this means, we get well communication, carefully analyze and summarize
experience for clearing receivable timely. Special solution will
be constituted to solve those bills overdue.
2, The Commercial Department and the Tally Department
(1)After signing the contract, supposed the client has any particular
requirement, the Commercial Department consults with the Tally Department,
made out a detailed operation memorandum and assist the latter to
put it into effect.
(2)The Commercial Department accepts and hears the client's opinion
and suggestion about the spot operation. After researching united
with the Tally Department and reporting to the company superior,
we will give the client a reasonable and satisfied reply, and guide
the Tally Department to improve the spot operation.
(3)The Commercial Department and the Tally Department will hold
a special subject seminar on business operation every half year.
The former focuses on introducing the business circumstance and
situation, review the important cooperation on business and operation,
listens to the Tally Department's suggestion on business development,
absorbs good opinion, and makes joint efforts for quality service.
